How to Place an Order

• From the product page, select the desired quantity and size, then click “Add to Cart”.
• After clicking “Add to Cart”, you will be redirected to your Shopping Cart where you can review selected products, prices, quantities, subtotals, and the grand total.
• Once you have added all desired products, click Proceed to Checkout.
• Enter your billing and shipping information.
• Provide your payment details.
• Review your order carefully and submit it.
• You may track and check the status of your sales order from your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method are generally processed after successful phone verification.

However, Zimalyish reserves the right to process COD orders without phone verification for verified customers and/or during peak periods such as sales, seasonal launches, or promotional events.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been successfully placed, we strive to deliver it as quickly as possible according to the following guidelines:

Pakistan (Nationwide)

• Delivery Time: Up to 3 – 7 business days
• Shipping Fee: Flat rate of PKR 250 on all orders

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may be extended for remote or hard-to-reach areas. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping

• Delivery Time: Up to 12 – 15 business days
• Zimalyish offers worldwide shipping to all international destinations.

Zimalyish proudly ships globally, allowing customers to purchase their favorite dresses from anywhere in the world. There is no destination where our products cannot be delivered.
